American Express Shop Small campaign
The aim of this event was to encourage people to use their American Express credit cards at small, independent shops around the country. Customers were incentivised to visit these shops by the offer of £5 cash back when you make a purchase of £10 or more. The potential to increase footfall during this 2 week period was the incentive for Merchants to take part.
Working with PSONA agency, we designed all the direct mail (both print and email). We shot photography of partcipating business owners in their working environment, making it clear the types of enterprise Shop Small would appeal to.
To highlight the success of the event, we designed an infographic direct mailer, showing all the key stats from Shop Small.
